Strawberry Cheese Ring

Blend in mixer:

16 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese               
1 cup Mayo                                                    
3 Tbls  finely chopped Onion                                    
1 cup chopped Pecans
1 tsp, Red Pepper Flakes
Garlic Salt  - to taste

Other ingredients:

16 oz. Strawberry Preserves
Strawberries for garnish
Plain Triscuits

Heavily spray a jello mold ring with Pam or canola oil.  Spread above mixture evenly.  Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Unmold on a platter. Place preserves in the center and garnish outer ring with strawberries.  Enjoy the combination with Triscuits.
