Randal's Famous Cobra Queso Dip

Ingredients:
one block of Velveeta cheese (don't buy the cheap stuff)
one 26 oz jar of your favorite salsa (mild, medium or hot, I prefer medium)
1 to 1 1/2 pound of ground Venison burger, add bacon in with grinding process for more flavor, can also substitute ground beef, elk, buffalo, etc.
your favorite BBQ sauce (Pappy's XXX White Lightnin is one of my favorites and is bottled in Westport, KY, available at Krogers & Liquor Barn in the KY made section)

Cut up the Velveeta cheese into 1/2" thick blocks
Place layers of cheese and salsa into a crock pot on high (you can microwave if your in a hurry)
Brown the ground meat, drain grease and add it to the crock pot while it's hot to help melt the cheese
Add about 1/2 to 1 full cup of BBQ sauce
Stir periodically until it's melted and mixed thoroughly
Turn crock pot to warm after chip dip is hot and mixed

Serve with your favorite corn chips (Scoops work best)
